I purchased Charge 6 three hours ago, after my Charge 5 died 18 months after I bought it. I've worn Fitbits for at least 10 years.
I'm already disappointed in the Charge 6. I cannot customize the clock face. Charge 5 gave many options.
I'm concerned about functions as I read about others' experiences. Time will tell whether I will return this product because of disappointment the current product.

I followed the instructions in the link provided by the moderator and was able to change my clock face.
