Charge 6 disconnects from Bluetooth

I’ve got a new charge 6. I’m really frustrated that I never get calls or text notification. When I check, it’s disconnected from Bluetooth. I never had this instability with my charge 4. Why does this happen? What do I need to do to keep it stable and connected to Bluetooth?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the bluetooth connection with your Charge 6.

I'd recommend you to check Why are notifications delayed or missing?, since I can see the syncing of your Charge 6 is OK.

Once you have follow these steps, let me know how it goes.

Thanks for reaching out. Nothing helped this problem with the charge 6. I’m back to using my charge 4 and it is just wonderful. Except for the constant need to charge it - it doesn’t not hold a charge well. And I’m happy to use my hands free “relax” feature.

Been the same for me.. a disaster… probably be my last Fitbit.. shame as it’s great when it works..
