Received my Charge6 today and cannot get the Home Screen on ie the clock, nothing happens when I swipe or press the side button, any help would be appreciated.

That is very frustrating. If you haven't already done so, the first troubleshooting step to try is restarting your Charge 6 using the charging cable that came with your device. If you need detailed instructions, take a look at page 53 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link)

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried.

I’ve had my Charge 6 for a few weeks and this has happened multiple times. To fix, attach the charger to the Fitbit. On the charger cable on the USB end, there is a little button. Press three times, waiting a second in between each press. It should come back on.
I’ve had my Charge 6 and I have had to do this at least three times a week. Unfortunately, I’ve not always caught when it goes black and as result, I have lost data. So far, not impressed with this Fitbit.

This happened to my Charge 5, I haven't been able to figure out a way to fix it. I was hoping that the Charge 6 would be better so I'm checking out this forum. Disappointing!
