2 months old. Blank display since yesterday. No display, no vibes, no synch, nothing. Fully charged 3 days prior, and 50% battery at last synch, early yesterday. Put on charge for a few hours today, still nothing. Please advise process to get it fixed. Thankyou

I understand and appreciate your letting me know about your situation with the display of your Charge 6.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

I would like to know the solution as well I'm having this exact problem. I have also had mine for about 2 months which is odd.

Same - only had 6 weeks and it is completely dead and won’t charge or anything!!! Frustrated
