Charge 6 doesn’t maintain connection with peloton

Over the last month my charge 6 connects and disconnects and then reconnects mutliple times while I’m using it with my peloton bike as a heart rate monitor. This is a new phenomenon as it worked successfully for many months prior to this problem appearing. I’ve searched peloton and Fitbit forums and have only found an instance where someone had a similar problem with an Apple Watch which didn’t help Solve this problem. Any ideas?

I have a new charge 6, and I have what I think is the same problem. The heart rate monitor connects to the peloton, disconnects after around 30 seconds, connects after another 30 seconds, and so on until the end of the workout.  My wife's Apple watch connects just fine.  Only difference is this is the Tread+ not a bike.

Did it ever work for you with charge 6 or is the connect/disconnect/connect… a new phenomenon? Frustrating thing for me is it did work perfectly for a few months so wonder if firmware on Fitbit or peloton is the issue
