Charge 6 - no heart rate data / graphs

Hi,

This is my first time owning a fitbit. The charge 6 has been fine, other than not displaying ANY heart rate graphs. It is able to sync absolutely everything else. It even shows my current and resting heart rate, just no saved data. It says "NO data. wear your device to get heart rate data". Obviously I am wearing the device.

It is even able to show me my heart rate zones. I just find it very odd. Any advice appreciated.

Hi @lameylol,  welcome to  the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I'm glad to help you with the heart rate reading of your new Charge 6. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

If you see you heart rate on your Charge 6 but you don't see any heart rate data on the app, the issue may be related to the app. Make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app (4.44) installed in your mobile device.

In addition, you can restart your Charge 6 to make sure everything is OK from the device's side. To do so:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
