Charge 6 Tracker doesn’t reset correctly

my tracker doesn’t restart at midnight. I wake up with 17000 steps at 3am and 1800 cal burned. Then during the day I got all of a sudden the 10000 notification and then a couple hours later again, I tried to reset etc but nothing worked so far

I expect you have your phone connected as a fitbit device. Sometimes with that, it suddenly adds a bunch of steps seemingly randomly, often in the early morning.  It is intended to count steps with your phone when you are not wearing your fitbit, but sometimes seems to gives excessive steps randomly.  If you think that could explain the steps, then okay.  But if you want to prevent that from happening again, try removing your phone as a fitbit device.  That would have nothing to do with your phone still syncing with your fitbit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for your reply. I read all trouble shooting and one was that problem… but my phone is not connected. I never had this problem before, but google din’t contact me (still waiting) the stepcount is completely. Right now in the middle of the day 2.30pm its 12 steps.. this is all soo weird. but thanks for giving it a go

Mine too.  It won’t charge now and it won’t sync to app. I can’t reboot the watch cause it won’t connect to the charger.
