Charge 6 doesn’t show sleep data this morning. This happens about once a month

My Charge 6 did not record my sleep data last night. This seems to happen about once a month. I have tried (again) all the usual suggestions but none ever work. I have to manually enter my sleep but that is useless as it doesn’t give my heart rate, how often I wake, etc.

my Charge 6 is only 4 months old and yes - it’s don’t this at least 3 times

I am giving up on Fitbit ever doing anything to fix this. It’s so frustrating

Hi @Katterry58 now that it has been 12 hours, has sleep been reported? It was possible that this morning the server was busy and the server didn't respond fast enough. I have had a few days that it took hours before sleep was calculated.

I didn’t wait that long … I recorded my sleep manually after about an hour so I don’t have any accurate data. Plus this is the third or fourth time this has happened.
I also noticed that my heart rate wasn’t recording so that may have something to do with what was happening with my sleep data. I restarted my Fitbit and my heart rate was fine after that
Thanks for reaching out

Lack of a consistent heart rate will not affect sleep detection. You will however not see sleep stages.

Charge 6 is the worst thing I ever had. It doesn’t synch with your mobiel at all and u have to do it manual synch everyday…This is a known issue and Fitbit has done jack**ahem** about this matter …

Interesting. Then it’s a problem with the Charge 6 I guess, which is why I will likely get an Apple Watch sooner than later.
It seems to be a very random occurrence.
I made sure to sync it before bed last night and did get all my sleep data showing this morning.

Do you perhaps have tattoos on the wrist you wear the Fitbit?
