Charge 6 doesnt receive notifications

Not only has it stopped receiving email and text notifications,  it also will not link up with my normal app. It used to work. Then it just stopped for no apparent reason.

Alright, so I have a few thoughts, but first let me answer the last question with a question: what "normal" app?  Do you mean the Fitbit app on your phone or some other app?

Second, you need to log into the Fitbit app and go to your Account Settings.  Make sure that you have notifications enabled for texts, calls, emails, or any other type of notifications you want to recieve.
