Hi
my steps, distance and energy burned goals keep changing back to zero. I have tried everything to fix them.
previous threads say to change floor goal to 1, the charge 6 does not count floors.
I’ve tried to change the floor goal on the dashboard by clicking the steps tile to access floors but it only gives me the option to delete the tile.
I’ve noticed one of the tiles on the dashboard is not loading it’s continuously buffering, I’m not sure if that’s the issue.

Hello @Straightup and welcome to the Community. You mentioned a tile that is continuously buffering. It sounds like you are trying to make changes on the web dashboard. The web dashboard is out of date in many ways. Changes don't get updated on your mobile app. You must change your goals on your mobile app. Please tap on the You icon in the lower right > swipe up to activity goals > edit your goals there.
Please check in again if this doesn't work.

i should have stated I tried to change them in the app first, but had no luck, so then tried on the web dashboard.
ive cleared the cache, deleted the app amongst other things.
The three goals mentioned below all revert to 0 within seconds
steps, calories burned and distance

@Straightup Do you use an Android or iPhone? Issues like this are usually limited to one platform. I'm going to guess Android, because I can change mine on my iPhone. Your thread can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.

Hi I use an iPhone and have tried setting the goals again but still no luck

I have this same problem, and my tracker will not give me notifications, or zone minutes. I have spent hours with customer support "trouble" with no results!
Do you have any advice you can share on how to correct any of the problems I have with this fitness tracker that doesn't track?
