I am encountering the same issue on my iPhone.  I updated to the latest software for iPhones and Fitbit app cannot connect to my charger 6.  My Fitbit is connecting to my iPhone via blue tooth.  I uninstalled and installed latest version of Fitbit.  Please help fix issue

They also seem to have replaced the calories left category in the calorie page to the how many calories we think you should eat today.  the problem here is that that amount doesn't get reflected in the calorie bar.  So if the app estimates you need 500 more calories for example and your in the blue, it will say you need to eat your current cal plus the extra 500 to meet the goal but if you log that the bar turns red as you have not burned those calories yet.

The bar will turn red unless you already have a calorie deficit from spending energy previously.  I actually prefer that but pick one or the other.

This mixture of both just screams no one actually used the app after the pull request was approved and you don't have a quality assurance department anymore because it cost a few hundred thousand a year and you don't actually care about the end user experience as long as you turn a short turn profit. It's embarrassing to watch.

Everyone has tried the basic trouble shooting.  We're all sick to death of calling support when **ahem** doesn't work and being asked to close the app and reboot the phone.

Nah none of us thought of that after being forced to do it multiple times to talk to a an actual human.  If only we need the faq and spent few hours discovering stuff
