Charge 6 lost data

I've had a fitbit since 2017 and am now on my third. Today all my lifetime miles and steps have disappeared and I only have three days. So disappointed as I have worked hard to keep the numbers up. Anyone else?

Thank you for sharing the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Charge 6. 

Please try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

Thank you for your reply, but I have done the above steps, but data is still missing. Any other suggestions? The day before it was lost it logged 63 miles and over a million and a half steps
