So since getting my charge 6 in nov23 i have never had it working 100% and goodness knows how long i have spent on the chat to try and resolve these issues by having to restart watch, delete and reinstate app, holding charging button, making sure my ohone has enough storage (its 25%full) updating everything. And then some of issues works for a day then it stops
my main issues are
1. watch not vibrating when getting a notification (oh looks it work when in the app writing this but hasn't worked all day even though it was “fixed” yeaterday afternoon)
2. constantly getting “not all updates worked” notification
3. not being able to change my workouts in the app-or even changing the 36 workout types on my watch to suit me
I keep being told different things ie its with the developer or basically need to go through all their problem solving tips everytime it stops working.
im not asking for anything different to what my blaze has done and the thats years old
would be good if a Fitbit advisor can go through my reports and get back to me with solutions. As i feel this product is faulty and not what i paid for

Agreed but we all know getting support is a too tall order. Very frustrating that heart rate alerts shown on watch never get recorded in the app.

Yep, since I bought my new Charge 6 3 days ago (upgraded from Inspire which had given up!) I have turned the device and my phone off and back on, removed and re-added the device, updated my phone to the latest IOS and checked Fitbit is up to date. SO MANY TIMES!
I was even told by an Advisor that you can only have message alerts from one service on the Charge 6.
I’ve sent many screenshots of settings as requested.
Sometimes it works properly, sometimes it doesn’t.
So frustrating!

Me too! I have had nothing but problems with the Charge 6. My biggest complaint is that the app NEVER matches the fitbit device. The hourly activity always misses a few hours. Also sleep times are rarely recognized. I have reached out in this forum a couple of times and get nothing but excuses and told "we are aware of problems and working on it."
Nothing ever gets fixed.
