I'm not sure if you are referring to use Google Wallet with HSBC bank but if so, please see the following web page where you can find a list of different banks that work with the mentioned feature of Fitbit: Banks Supporting Google Wallet. As you said above, this bank is not functioning with Google Wallet in UK.

@ManuFitbit small clarification. Bank is working with Google Wallet. Bank isn't working with Fitbit's Google Wallet.
