I'm trying to set up a brand new Charge 6 on an existing account (Migrated to Google), but I can't seem to find any way on the web user interface to change the clock face or to customise the existing face.
I've been trying all day to set this up from the phone app, but it just goes to a blank white screen when I try.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @PerfectBlue!
In order to change the clock face for your Charge 6, you'll have to use your Fitbit app's clock face gallery. Here's more about how to do that:

As I previously stated, "I've been trying all day to set this up from the phone app, but it just goes to a blank white screen when I try."
Could we please get these bots fixed or switched off.

I'm having the same problem with my Sense. I have a clockface where I can change the picture. I've had it for a couple of years and haven't had any problems. Now when I try to customize, like you, I get a blank screen. I can change it to another screen, but I want my own pictures lol

Try clearing the app's cache, restart the phone and try again.
I don't think the clock face can be changed through the website.
P.S.
Funny enough, my app has half of your issue. I can change the watch face but I cannot customize the existing one. Trying to do so results in a blank screen.

Hi,
Thanks for the tip. Cleared my cache, but it didn't help. Sounds like we have the same problem. When I chatted with fitbit help, they suggested that I delete the clockface, restart my phone and then reinstall the clockface. But, like you, as soon as I try to customize... blank screen. Change the clockface, try to customize... blank screen. *sigh* Back to fitbit, see if they can help.
If anything works, I'll let you know
There's a new update coming out in a couple of days -version 4.08- that should fix the problem 🤞

I just upgraded to a Charge 6 and am able to browse the apps for alternate clock faces, but all the options seem to be for every other Fitbit product and not for the Charge 6. Am I stuck with the stock clockface?

In the Fitbit app on your phone, click on icon in top left corner. Then the screen shows Devices, and select Charge 6. Next screen shows Gallery which has the watch faces that can be selected.

@MattRoxx Thank you very much for your help, screenshot and explanation.
@Dan310 Welcome to the forums. Usually under "Gallery" you will be able to find the clock faces avaialble for your device. I find odd that you may be shown other designs. Try the following. On the Fitbit app, log out from your account and then back in. No worries, your device remains connected to your account. Then proceed to open the app, log in and then on the top left corner tap on the "smartphone + device" icon. Then tap on "Charge 6" and finally on "Gallery". The different clock faces will be shown there. Here you find a picture with all 29 clock faces available: Fitbit Charge 6 Clock faces - click here.
You can select a clock face and install it on your device: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
