Charge 6 heart graph

Started using my charge six again recently. As far as i can remember i used to be able to go into my heart rate and there would be a graph where i could see my bpm at all times throughout the day. Now when i go in it says no data. But it is checking my heart rate cause it shows on the screen and my resting heart rate is there. Thanks

Hello @Rock240191

You're talking about seeing your heart rate graph in the Fitbit app, correct?

If so, are you able to do a sync between your Charge 6 & the Fitbit app? If you're seeing your heart rate on your Charge 6, it should show in the app when you do a sync.

Hello @Rock240191

Thank you for your reply.

Although I'm not sure that these will work, there are a couple of things that you could try.

  • Try clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone.
  • Try setting up your Charge 6 again in the app as if it was a new device. You don't have to delete or remove your current Charge 6. Just tap Add more devices and select Charge 6. The app will ask if you want to replace the current Charge 6. Confirm and continue with the setup.

Please let us know if any of this worked for you.

Hi! I’ve had this issue with my inspire HR since the update to the HR graphs. Weirdly the only thing that fixed it was switching my phone to 24hr clock not 12hr clock (iPhone). Hope that can help 🙂
