Charge 6 heart rate jumping between different values

Has not been and issue until today, but as I sit on the couch, I'm watching it go from 100, to 125, to 145, back to 100, then 90, then 145.  It's not ME; I've checked my pulse manually.  Three restarts didn't fix it.  Did a three button cable restart that "might" have fixed it.  Anyone else see this or know what is going on here?
