Im not sure if Fitbit or Google is aware of this, but the Charge 6 doesnt register your heartrate if you have a tattoo where the "scanner" is. I was going to wear mine on my left wrist, but i have a full sleeve tattoo on my left arm and couldnt get the heartrate to show or work at all, reset it twice, checked everything, all seemed ok.
When i placed my fingertip on it, it worked, so i tried again on my left arm and no dice, then tried my right arm which has no tattoo and worked just fine! Switched back to the left, again no dice! I'll be wearing it on my right arm now but its worth checking into for future model Fitbits!

Hi @Kevin1987 pretty sure they know about it as it's been mentioned many times throughout the years I've been on the community forums. One member said using nando tape (white medical tape) on the area where the sensors are made a difference. You might need to experiment.
