I purchased the Charge 6 and need to use the stopwatch function to count up continuously non-stop without intervention. Currently it stops at 5:00 and you must press the watch side button to continue displaying the counting up. This lasts for a few seconds and stops again requiring constant intervention to display time. Yes I have the display setting set to always on.
I have looked at the manual, setup, and contacted a very rude tech support person that hung up on me. So unless someone in this group has figured out how the stop watch can continue counting time and display indefinitely, its going back to the store. This is a must have and worked on my Versa 2 until that died.
Thanks!

Hi @Charge6-issues, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I'm glad to help you with the stopwatch of your Charge 6.
Time events with the stopwatch on your Charge 6. If always-on display is on, the screen continues to display the stopwatch until it ends or you exit the app. However, it should continue counting indefinitely even when the display is off.
If the stopwatch is stopping without intervention, try restarting your device if you haven't done so: Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app, then tap the Settings app and then Restart Device and then Restart.
I hope these tips will be helpful. Have a nice day!

After using it at the gym, the stopwatch function doesn't display continuously as I thought. I reset the watch several times and always the same result. Stops at 5:00.
When tried the fix the first time I must have moved my wrist to activate the display.
Ridiculous functionality. I had enough messing with it. Back to the store with it!!!!!
