Got the low battery warning but my Charge 6 is NOT charging.  How to fix?!?  There are no breaks in the cable

Hi @Astarte01, welcome to the Fitbit community.

I'm sorry you're having trouble charging your Fitbit Charge 6 and I appreciate you trying a few steps before contacting us.

As a first step, I would like to try cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the device, using a toothbrush and some water.

I need that you clean the pins that are on the charging cable, you will have to use a cotton swab and some disinfectant alcohol, making sure that no pieces of the swab remain on the pins.

Lastly you will need to connect it to another USB port or a UL certified USB wall charger.
