Charge 6 - unable to charge

Hi fitbit team, 

my charge 6 doesn’t answer to any trigger i tried from the manual & community: 

1) try different charger and plug 

2) tried the water lock 2 firm tap

3) tried to reboot by pressing the button of initial charger: logo fitbit appears but stops after 2 sc and black screen again 

the watch still “vibrate” but remain black screen. Please help. 

overall very disappointed with this charge 6 (used to charge 4 a while ago). Constance synchro issues with phone, and after 3 month normal usage, bracelet make bad skin recation and is already showing signs of use. 

how to get a refund ? Purchased 28/12/2023 (3 months ago)
