Try cleaning the contacts, make sure that you have a good connection, and try a different wall brick, and if you have one, a second cable.

Not sure if this is helpful, but is your device damaged? Check to see if the gold dots on the back are damaged in any way. If it's damaged enough it will not charge regardless of the charger, where it's plugged in, or how clean it is. If it is damaged you'll need to replace it to my knowledge.

Hi there everyone! @Kellipat2 and @HTheTired welcome to the Fitbit Community! It’s nice to see new members around.

Thanks for the help @Rich_Laue!

@Kellipat2 I suggest you try this:

  • Restart your Charge 6 too: disconnect the device from the charging cable, wait one second, then reconnect. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 second interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
  • As @Rich_Laue mentioned, you can try to clean your device this way: clean the contacts of the watch with a toothbrush and fresh water and gently clean the pins on the charging cable with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.
  • After that, charge the watch for 30 minutes using a different USB port on a computer or other UL-certified wall charger.
