I try to sync is for the data to load and it gets to about 75% sync and just stops so all the data won't load. When will fitbit build a device that actually works all the time? We pay way too much money for these not to work.

Welcome back to the community, @Leannek18.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the data syncing of your Charge 6. Can you confirm which specific data is not loading correctly afte syncing, please? So I can take a deep look into it.

Thanks for responding back, @Leannek18.
I understand now, can you send a screenshot of how it looks in your app once you sync, please? So I can double check this. Before sending the screenshot, restart your Charge 6 and sync it, let's see how it goes with that.
Best AnswerThat's as far as it will sync. It won't finish which causes certain items not to fully load.
Best AnswerHello @Leannek18
When I have issues with my device syncing with the app, I turn both Bluetooth and WiFi off, then back on, followed by restarting my device. Although it's not mentioned in the help page as a troubleshooting step, some users reported that they had to turn WiFi off then back on in order for sync to work. So far, doing this has worked for me.
