Charge 6 is syncing to iPhone but says it can’t connect to bluetooth

My new charge 6 is syncing to the app in my iPhone without any problem but when is also trying to connect to Bluetooth? When I go to Bluetooth settings it can’t find the charge 6 but it is syncing?

Anyone else have this problem

Hi. @SunsetRunner , the Bluetooth connection with your Charge 6 will always be through the Fitbit app.  If you try to find it directly via the Bluetooth settings on your phone it will always fail.  

As your Charge 6 is syncing, as you report, then you don’t need to worry at all and there is no problem.

Thanks. I should have explained that I found the problem when I tried to
use the Google Maps part of the app which is telling me to connect to
bluetooth and, as I explained it won't connect. I know it sounds wierd but
that is what is happening. I would have thought that it must be connected
to sync!! Any further help would be appreciated.
