I received a Charge 6 for Christmas and loved it. It took me a couple workouts to figure out I needed to give it time to connect before starting, easy enough. I had a 5k course around my neighborhood I'd run a few times a week, same 3.1 mile run each time. I'd record 80 lap splits on my stopwatch and the watch records a 20 miles, perfect.
About 2 weeks ago, it all went to complete junk. I'm finding myself having to add on an extra half mile to my same route to run a 5k, of course now my mile pace is now a minute slower. I go skate an 18 mile trail and the Charge 6 records 6.4 miles.
After skating 10 miles today and getting complete garbage out of it, I scrolled back through strava and found what a that same 10 mile skate looked like 2 months ago. Any idea what's going on here? Is there a setting or something I can change, or a way to reset the watch and see if it helps?

Welcome to the forums @pdexta.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Charge 6. Sorry to know the difficulties that you are experiencing. Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
If the GPS is getting disconnected during your activity, the Charge 6 may track different information for the the distance. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to follow the steps suggested in this article to improve GPS accuracy.
Keep in mind that all devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time. In particular, please make sure of the following:
If you continue to experience the same behavior and your GPS is getting disconnected, make sure to try following the steps listed in this article to complete a three pulse restart using the charging cable, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
Please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app.
