Health metrics tile still won't open

Does anyone have new ideas for when the Health Metrics tile won't open? When it was first available free, it opened in my app with my Charge 5. Shortly after, it quit opening. I tried all the things recommended and eventually gave up in frustration. When I upgraded to Charge 6, same issue so I tried the restarting and uninstalling/reinstalling, etc again. Still no luck. With all the negative changes to the app on top of this issue, I'm wishing I'd moved on to some other tracker. Sad because I've been a diehard fitbit fan for years.

With my Charge 6, I don't even have a Health Metrics tile anywhere, neither on the app on Android nor on the dashboard at fitbit.com.

I'm sure I had the data half a year ago, but then I did the 6 month trial of Premium, which lapsed 2 weeks ago, and since then I can find none of the data in Health Metrics (HRV, breathing rate, SPO2, etc.).

See my other response in parallel thread. I found the tile - it must have been turned off on the dashboard settings of tiles to show while I had Premium trial, and I didn't realize to turn it on manually again afterwards.
