Charge 6 isn't Syncing

I see I'm not the only one having issues with my charge 6 and the app not syncing.  When I go to bed at night it's synced and it has the same number on both devices. But when I wake up it's wrong

Hello @vbuster281

I got confirmation that the team is aware of the syncing issues and is working on fixing the problem. However, we don't know the timeline for the fix. I'll report back as soon as I have any updates.

For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review.

Are you an iOS or Android user? What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

My charge 6 just stopped syncing today.  I have iOS and have tried turning off Bluetooth, turning off phone and just now  restarted my charge 6 but nothing has worked yet.

Hello @Lucyluella

I've seen other iOS users reporting issues with syncing.

Some people have found they were able to sync again after turning off both Bluetooth and WiFi, then turning them back on.

If you haven't already done so, you could try clearing the cache & data/storage for the Fitbit app on your phone and see if you're able to sync. Just be aware that you will need to log back into the Fitbit app after clearing the app's data/storage on your phone.

Other users reported they could sync again when they uninstalled the Fitbit app on their phone, then re-installed the app.

Thanks. I had to do a factory reset on my charge 6 and reinstalled my
app. I just lost most of today’s stuff. I am so happy that it’s working
again!!
