Can anyone help 

my Fitbit charge 6 isn’t buzzing for FaceTime 

buzzes for calls and messages just not FaceTime

Are you getting Notifications for FaceTime on your Charge 6, but your device isn't buzzing? Or are you not getting your FaceTime notifications at all on your Charge 6?

Were you able to select FaceTime as one of your phone apps for which you want to receive notifications on your Charge 6? If you don't remember setting this up, this help page has the instructions on how to set up notifications from your phone to your Fitbit device (<-- click link).
