New charge 6 said it’s paired but Nothing on watch face but download Fitbit app which is already available on my phone. I have had 3 other fitbits & never had any trouble what different only thing I can see is that u have to have google acct which I have 🤷🏼:female_sign:🤷🏼:female_sign:can anyone help.

You will want to transfer your login to a Google login fitbit tells us.
However a few users got their Charge 6 to work without a Google login.
Does the fitbit app show the Charge 6 connected to your fitbit account?

Hi, I did all these steps but no luck. It seems Dab1973 had to call support, is there anything you can add to give robust instructions?
