On receipt of my Charge 6 it would not work with my iPhone13 for google maps and YouTube music. After a number of support sessions a replacement Charge 6 was suggested. The paperwork was raised and it was returned to the Netherlands by DHL courier arriving 8th November. Since then I have had four sessions with various support agents trying to work out what has happened with absolutely no luck. I keep getting you will be advised by email from google support. The integration of Fitbit into Google is a disaster and I am now trying to get a refund. But again all I get is you will get an email from google support. Basically the google take over is a complete disaster and has ruined a good organisation that has always been so supportive and responsive.
