Thanks for letting us know about your Charge 6. While this is odd, may I know if this happens when doing a specific activity? And if you were doing exercise, do you recall if the button was pressed accidentally?

In the meantime, let me recommend restarting your tracker to refresh its performance. Once that it's done, wear it a finger’s width above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior in the next few days.
