Charge 6 missing data

I was in Ireland for a week, and did intensive 6-10 miles a day at minimum adventures. When I returned I synced my Fitbit to my phone, set it up and all that. No data was recorded or transferred. From my understanding the device stores a week by itself. So why is nothing saved? Even if I lost a day or two from the transfer I would have assumed I would still have some of the data.

A warm welcome to the forums @Nncptash1

Thank you for providing these details about the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Charge 6. Sorry to know about this.

Please confirm that your device is syncing correctly with your Fitbit app. Take a look at this help article:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

In addition, try to perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

I've done all of those. It will not show the missing data. It just
populates basic data as if I hadn't worn the watch.
