Support has been 0 help. I have done every step, now I cannot pair my fitbit because the pairing numbers do not display.
My fitbit lasted a week before the screen became unresponsive. It syncs to my app and tracks stats. The logo comes up when I reset or try to update (which fails every time). Charging screen does not appear. I really hate products that do not work right out of the box.

THIS IS THE 2ND FITBIT THAT I'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH WITHIN THE PAST YEAR. I PURCHASED A CHARGE 4 ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND THE BAND ATTACHMENT ON THE WATCH BROKE AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. BECAUSE THE WATCH WAS OVER 45 DAYS OLD AND OUT OF WARRANTY THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHIG ABOUT IT. I DISCOVERED THAT THIS WAS A PROBLEM THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE HAD WITH THAT MODEL, SO IT WAS A DESIGN FLAW, BUT TOO BAD FOR ME. SO THIS TIME I PURCHASED AS CHARGE 6. I ACTIVATED IT IN LATE JANUARY AND YESTERDAY THE CLOCK FACE QUIT WORKING AND IT JUST DISPLAYED COLORED BARS ACROSS THE FACE. THEY HAVE AGREED TO REPLACE THE CHARGE 6, BUT I REALLY WANTED A REFUND, WHICH THEY WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE. AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS I'VE HAD I REALLY DON'T TRUST THE FITBIT COMPANY AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM.
