The left hand corner is a little red dot. When I click on it, it says charge 6 no info, sync now. I sync it and nothing changes.

If I understand correctly, you're seeing a red dot in the left hand corner of your Fitbit app. Is that right?
And, when you do a manual sync, you don't see any updates to your data in the Fitbit app?

If you are still having problems after trying the recommended troubleshooting, you might try setting up your Charge 6 as a new device. Don't remove the Charge 6 from the app first. Click on Add more devices, select the Charge 6, & follow the prompts to set up your Charge 6.
