I bought a Charge 6 for his birthday at end of March, two weeks later it stopped charging and since May 6th waiting for a label to send it back. Anyone else had these problems? £139 seemingly wasted.

Although it shouldn't have to be this way, you will need to be your own advocate and continue to followup with support. If you don't get the return label by Tuesday 04 Jun, continue to contact them until you get your label and replacement.
