This is very frustrating! I am paying for premium subscription in order to get sleep stages and sleep score, but again, I am not getting them for the past week. Yes, app is updated. Yes, heart rate sensor is on. Yes, fitbit is on securely and tge battery is charged. Yes, I have tried resetting device several times. Nothing has worked.

Sleep data used to be provided without a subscription and was quite reliable.

My sentiments exactly!!
l often have more than the required 3 hrs of sleep and do not get a sleep score.
it worked reliably for years with prior models up until about 6 months ago.
very frustrating

The whole Fitbit app has become a joke.
Pay more and more, get less and less. The sleep tracking is useless.
