Charge 6 no syncing

After Charge6 reset to the factory defaults through the watch interface it stopped connecting with any device. The device is visible in pairing mode, but during the sync "Something went wrong" msg appears. Next the device appears in the paired devices section of the app, but none of its functions work. The app says: Updates are ready to install". But it's not possible to install any or even sync the device. Miltiple efforts were made: 3 button reset via the charger, resetting phone's bluetooth settings, app reinstallation, installation on Android and IOS, etc. Is there any solution? Is it repairable at the service center? Thank you.

Hello @Mick1313Nick! Welcome to the Community forums!

Thank you for sharing the details about your Charge 6 that is not syncing.

I suggest you open your Fitbit app and check if you see any update message, as performing a factory reset requires the watch to update. If you are unable to see the message please follow the steps below:

  1. With your tracker plugged in the charging cable.
  2. Open the Fitbit app.
  3. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  4. Choose “Add more devices.”
  5. Select the picture of your Charge 6.
  6. A message will appear that says “replace your Charge 6,” tap OK.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
