Fitbit no longer vibrates to remind me to get up and move

Hello @Saar57 

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6 since the issue started? Sometimes, that will fix the Reminder to Move notification.

If a restart doesn't work, this method has worked for me when I'm not getting the notification for the hourly reminder to move

• Tap on the device icon in the upper left of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on the tile showing your device on the Connected to Fitbit page
• Tap on Reminders to Move under Settings
• Turn off Reminders to Move & tap the arrow in the upper left to go back to the previous page
• Tap the Sync icon the in the upper right or go back to the Today page & do a manual sync
• Tap on Reminders to Move again and turn it back on
• Go back to the Today page and do a manual sync
• Swipe down from the clock face to get to the Settings tile on your Charge 6 and tap on it
• Swipe up to Restart device and tap on it
