Anyone else having Sync issues? I need all of my steps! I worked hard this morning. 🙁

Hi, @NTZ777 , first of all, don’t worry! Your Fitbit can hold your basic data (like steps) for up to 30 days, so even if you can’t sync immediately all your steps will still be there…
I expect you have already tried the “sync now” command on the Charge 6 page on the app…
Sync issues are not unusual and generally resolve themselves without you doing anything - although I appreciate it can be annoying when you want to look at your app and analyse your activity. If find the simplest way to force a sync is to log out of the app and then log back in again - but be sure that you know your Fitbit user email and password. A new log in should force a sync, but if it does not start immediately, go back to “sync now” and try that.
If it still isn’t syncing then a restart is a good next step. A restart will not cause the loss of any data. Again if the restart does not immediately begin a sync, try the “sync now”.
If neither of these steps work then please do have a look at this help article which describes the troubleshooting steps for a Fitbit that isn’t syncing. However, I would strongly advise against following the advice to remove the Charge 6 from your account, because if that doesn’t work, you will be out of options. (I also would not use the “clear user data” option on the Fitbit, because then you will “lose” your morning’s steps/workout! - and it probably won’t be necessary. )
Usually, as I said, sync issues are temporary. If nothing works, I would recommend trying again in an hour or two.
I hope this helps! Welcome to the Community Forums, and let us know how it goes.
