Hi everyone,
I’ve been using my Fitbit Charge 6 for a while with no issues, but recently a few things stopped working all at once:
I’ve had Do Not Disturb turned on for a long time and never had problems before, so I don’t think that’s the cause.
I already tried restarting the device—waiting to see if that helps—but wanted to check here in case others have experienced this or know what might be going on.
Has anyone run into this? Any fixes or settings I should check?
Thanks in advance!

Hello, @paula_luna, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Charge 6 auto-detecting the ctivity and the steps reminders. I understand how you can feel, I'll do my best to help you, I also appreciate the steps you follow to get this improved.
I recommend you to follow the steps in this article, specifically for you to verify your settings and complete the troubleshooting steps. Also, in regards to the auto-detecting, I recommend you to check you're wearing the Charge 6 correctly and verify if it's updated.
Do Not Disturb Mode can impact the detection of the exercise and the notifications too, even if it was working before, a new update can change this, so let's try to turn it off, please.
