Hi @RG2fit, welcome to the Fitbit community.

I'm sorry you're having trouble charging your Fitbit Charge 6. I appreciate you trying some steps before contacting us.

If you haven't already, try restarting your device. You can also clean the charging contacts on the back of it with a soft toothbrush and some water.

You will also need to clean the pins on the charging cable using a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol, making sure that no pieces of the swab are left on the pins.

Finally, you will need to connect it to another USB port or a UL certified USB wall charger.

Hi,

I had the same problem. I first tried all the things Estuardo mentioned. No success. Then I pressed the button on the connector of the loader cable three times. And after that the Charge 6 loaded again as designed.

Hi there @martin.manders, thanks for joining this thread.

It's always helpful to hear these workarounds from the community.

While the standard troubleshooting steps are typically recommended first, it's great that you found a solution that worked for you.

Of course, if the three-button-press doesn't work for everyone, contacting Fitbit Support is still the best course of action for a definitive solution.
