I have tried everything at this point. It charged fine at home, but I'm at uni now, and I tried to charge it, but it died. I have cleaned the contacts on the tracker and the charger, and it won't reset with the charger cord. I honestly don't know what to do, I would try to file a warranty claim, but the process is so convoluted I don't know how. Any help is appreciated!

I guess I'm not understanding what you mean when you say "convoluted" for the warranty process. What exactly are you confused about?
Also, what exactly did you try?
