Charge 6 not charging

I just got a replacement charge 6 less than a month ago. I noticed that the charging would not pass 50% and when you think you're charging the battery is draining. 

I had it on charge with the expectation to see I charge. It went down to 5% and unable x to charge

The battery is now depleted and no sign of it being charged. How do you resolve this issue

Have you had a chance to try a different charging brick or different socket to eliminate those as possibilities?

If so, it sounds like the replacement or charging cable is defective. Please contact Support (<-- click link).
