I have been a Fitbit user for about 7 years now...mostly satisfied with products and services. I just wanted to post I am unhappy that recently the device, app, and my phone are not working properly, syncing off a lot of the time, and the only way to get it to work is to restart my phone. I don't like doing this once a week or more...just saying, unless the bugs or whatever can be resolved, it might be time for a different product!

I have noticed sync has taken a lot longer lately and sometimes my phone can't locate my Charge 6. I manually sync as I don't leave Bluetooth on. When I manually sync it doesn't always work right after enabling Bluetooth. I either have to wait a few seconds or I have found force stopping the Fitbit app seem to kick it into sync.

Mine started this morning. Not syncing. So I Uninstaller fitbit as the website said to and now it says my password is wrong. I ask for them to send me an email to reset the password and I'm not getting an email. I feel like the universe is telling me it time to give up on fitbit. But I really need this. And the fitbit.com website isn't helping me figure out how to correct anything. It keep showing me logged into my Google account but I need to get into my fitbit. Having Google own fitbit is not helping me.
