Charge 6 not consistently syncing...

I have been a Fitbit user for about 7 years now...mostly satisfied with products and services. I just wanted to post I am unhappy that recently the device, app, and my phone are not working properly, syncing off a lot of the time, and the only way to get it to work is to restart my phone. I don't like doing this once a week or more...just saying, unless the bugs or whatever can be resolved, it might be time for a different product!
