I cannot get phone to sync with new fitbit

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Charge 6. 

I'm not sure if you are still having this difficulty to sync the phone with the tracker, but if so, try to follow the steps listed in this help article:
