Although you mention that you've set up Notifications, I'm providing the link to the Fitbit help page: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit?

I understand that iOS users may need to do some additional steps on their phone to allow Fitbit devices to receive notifications. The page above should provide the guidance. 

You might want to also confirm that your devices have the correct app selected for texts & calls. For Facebook notifications, that can be set up from the App Notifications page.
