I just got a Charge 6 from Prime Day and noticed that the screen doesn't light up/display notifications unless you press the button.
For example, when I have the Always-On Display OFF it just vibrates but the screen doesn't turn on to display the notification. And when I have the Always-On Display ON it vibrates but still only shows the clock (not the notification content) until I press the button.
Is this how it is supposed to work or should I try resetting the watch?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @saimegyo.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the notifications of your Charge 6.
Your Charge 6 vibrates when you receive a notification. Turn your wrist toward you to see the notification. If you don't read the notification when it arrives, you can check it later in the Notifications app . Notifications are stored on the device.
My best recommendation would be for you to restart the Charge 6 and let me know how it goes after that, you can try turning the notifications off and back on, you can check this article for more information, if needed.
Let me know how it goes, please.

Hello @saimegyo
Do you swipe to the left from the clock face to see the Notifications screen?
