Charge 6 display shows only horizontal lines

I've had my Charge 6 for five months. Since today the display shows only a series of horizontal lines. It happened when just walking around. One minute fine, the next minute display is like that.

I can scroll through menus and it shows different colours/patterns of lines, related to what it should be showing. It still syncs to my phone and logs heart rate, etc, but the device display is now totally unusable. 

Based on some discussions here, I've tried fully charging, restarting it many times, and factory reset. Still the same, so I suspect a hardware issue. Any other advice I've missed?

That does not sound like normal behavior. The next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.
