Fitbit Charge 6 screen frozen

My Fitbit Charge 6 screen is frozen and just showing the Fitbit logo. The side button doesn’t work, there are no flashing lights on the back of it and it’s not showing up as synching to my phone. I’ve tried the suggested trick of hooking it up to the charge cable and pressing the button on the cable 3 times, but it just keeps defaulting to the frozen screen with the logo. Just got the device 4 months ago, so it seems weird that it’d be crapping out now. Any suggestions?

Have you had a chance to try changing the clock face? Some users have had success in getting their screen to show when they change the clock face.

If that doesn't work, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.

I can’t change the clock face through the app because the device is not synching to the app, all I have is a frozen screen with the Fitbit logo and my keeps saying “searching for device”
