I have a not even 3 month old charge 6. (iPhone 13pro)
now the watch doesn’t respond. I tried all the reset options but nothing helps. The batterie is at 73%.
Support is not able to be contacted - very annoyed with Fitbit and google
any advice. There is no dealer here on the island I can go to . As I bought the watch at the airport

Then, try to manually sync your device :

May I suggest you to set up your Charge 6 as a new device ? The issue could be due to a pending firmware update. If an update is available, the setup process will complete it.

unfortunately this is not possible as the screen doesn't work at all anymore and I cant sync my phone to the tracker at all... I tried all kinds of advices I could find but nothing worked...
I couldn't update the tracker as it would not let me do it.
I am really really disappointed with this NEW charge. I am waiting now for fitbit to get back to me to replace my tracker... but really not sure if i want that one again...
also a big issue is... that the battery life was supposed to be up to 7 days but that changed in the last 2 weeks as well from 6 days down to 3-4 days battery life.
And another issue is the plastic strap. I tried all recommendations to stop it from reacting to my skin but I actually get open wounds from it. Had the same issue with the strap from my charge 2, once i bought a cheap replacement strap the issue was resolved- maybe fitbit should do something about that too.
